FRP announced on Jan 23rd that their schedule is rearranged and the season opener at Road Atlanta has become the season finale in October. The good news is that it is a better track to decide the title. The bad news is that we will have to wait another 4 weeks to get the F1600 Series started.
We have put together a "Spring Training" package to prepare our team for the FRP F1600 season. We will attend both the Road Atlanta Majors event and VIR Super Tour event. We will also do the pre-event test days at both events, and schedule other testing just before Road Atlanta. This will fully prepare us for the season while keeping us within our target seasonal budget of "less than 6 figures". If the interest is there, we can also schedule some introductory testing for potential racers during the week of March 16th. Spring Training for FRP Season
