After the Mid-Ohio rounds of the Formula Race Promotions Series, Steve Bamford continues his dominance of the F2000 class with 6 wins in 8 races. In F1600, Bamford has yet to win, but continues to stack up top finishes and sits a strong 3rd in the points standings after 12 rounds. Bamford leads the Masters class in both F2000 and F1600 while RRP team mate Joel Haas stands second in F1600 Masters points.
The team also debuted its new Crawford F4 car at Mid-Ohio where Bamford ran in the top 8 in every race, before suffering various "new car blues" in each of the 3 races. The F4 Series will race next at the Xfinity Nascar event back at Mid-Ohio on Auguest 13-14. The team will spend more time at Mid-Ohio in September when Haas returns to the SCCA Runoffs in his Parametric Solutions Piper F1000 car.
