Joel Haas used Rice Race Prep support as he won back to back races at Sebring to start the SCCA Majors season. Driving a Kawasaki powered Piper DF5, with sponsorship from Parametric Solutions, Joel had the pace to run at the front, missing pole position by a third of a second. Joel's car ran flawlessly during both races, while his opponents struggled with various issues. Joel set personal best times and won his first Majors events after finishing 2nd and 4th in the previous events at Homestead.
Joel and Rice Race Prep began working together in September at the 2015 SCCA Runoffs and were rewarded with a strong 6th place finish. The 2016 goal was to win some races and improve on their Runoff result when they visit Mid-Ohio in September 2016.
